Esther Raty Selected for U.S. Bank Law Division Spotlight on Talent Program

MINNEAPOLIS – Dec. 23, 2025 – Esther Raty, a Litigation associate at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, has been selected as one of 15 associates to participate in the 2026 U.S. Bank Spotlight on Talent program. This yearlong cohort focuses on building relationships and the professional development of rising talent at some of the bank’s select law firm partners.

The program will kick off at U.S. Bank headquarters in February with networking, learning opportunities, and goal-setting activities with bank attorneys and other executive leaders.

Throughout the year, cohort members participate in leadership meetings, practice group roundtables, targeted workshops, and networking events. A highlight each year is the opportunity to work with a mentor and make an educational presentation to the U.S. Bank Law Division. Spotlight participants strengthen their knowledge of the financial services industry and U.S. Bank’s business while developing lasting relationships with Law Division professionals and their cohort peers.

“I am honored to be selected for the Spotlight on Talent program and grateful for this opportunity to collaborate more closely with U.S. Bank’s Law Division,” Raty said. “The chance to learn from experienced in-house counsel, engage with industry leaders, and connect with talented associates from other firms is invaluable.”

Raty focuses her practice on commercial and business litigation, representing national banks and financial services clients in a wide range of claims, as well as national businesses in contract, tort, and employment disputes. She began her legal career at a bank, giving her unique insight into the needs of financial institutional clients.

Cohort participants have three to six years of experience and practice areas relevant to the legal needs of U.S. Bank. The Spotlight on Talent program will conclude in fall 2026.
