Stephanie D. Ahmad

Stephanie D. Ahmad's practice focuses on employee benefits and ERISA matters, including the design and implementation of health and welfare benefit plans, cafeteria plans, fringe benefit plans, and retirement plans. Stephanie counsels clients on compliance with health care reform, federal, state, and local laws impacting benefits and benefits plans, and related tax implications. Stephanie earned her B.A. from UC Berkeley and her J.D. from Stanford Law School, then clerked for the Honorable Judge Harry Pregerson at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
