Lo Bielby is a Shareholder resident in Greenberg Traurig’s Tallahassee, Florida office. With more than 30 years of experience, trial lawyer Lo Bielby aggressively represents public and private corporations, business leaders, and government entities in both jury and non-jury litigation. He regularly serves as first chair trial counsel, managing trial teams, and has obtained verdicts in more than 100 jury, bench and appellate trials and administrative final hearings. Lo is consistently listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2008, and holds Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating (AV Preeminent) for ethical standards and professional ability. He is a founding member of GT’s Trial Practice Group, and is a former adjunct professor at FSU College of Law in “Class Actions and Multi-Party Litigation.” He is also a former Assistant State Attorney and Special Assistant State Attorney, Florida Second Judicial Circuit, and is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a trial lawyer honorary society limited to one-half of one percent of all American lawyers, judges, and scholars.

His key clients include Exactech, Inc., a global medical products manufacturer and supplier; Globenet US, a global fiber optic cable operator; Revolution Global, a leading multi-state Cannabis operator concerning Florida regulatory law (Florida operations d/b/a Revolution Florida); and Lorillard Tobacco Company (now owned by Reynolds American, Inc.).   • Acted as lead counsel in the formation and development of a now national top 100 franchisor, with multiple franchise units in all 50 states.
  • Served as member of lead legal team representing the George W. Bush for President campaign in the 2000 election challenges in multiple Florida state court litigations.
  • Regularly represents business clients before all Florida regulatory administrative authorities, as well as in administrative challenges before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH).
  • Served as counsel to Lorillard Tobacco Company in defense of individual smoking and health cases throughout Florida, defending thousands of Engle class action progeny cases (Florida and Federal).
  • Acted as lead counsel in multiple product liability litigations involving orthopedic medical implant products.
  • Acted as lead counsel to a public company in reviewing and structuring global compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”), the UK Bribery Act, and other anti-corruption laws and regulations worldwide.
