Stanton E. Johnson handles a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions for national and local clients involving the acquisition, financing, development, and leasing of real estate projects and the negotiation of joint ventures. Stan represents developers, private equity groups, lenders, and tenants in industrial, office, retail, multi-family (apartment, condominium, and student housing), single-family residential (for-sale, SFR, and BTR), medical, tech, and hospitality properties. Stan’s practice also includes the development and strategic re-positioning of mixed-use projects, and the development of master-planned communities and other projects on state auction land and on long-term ground leases from government and private owners.

  • Represented a semiconductor technologies company in the partial sale and redevelopment of its industrial campus.°
  • Represented a developer in a joint venture for redevelopment of prime urban property as a mixed-use project.°
  • Represented a regional developer in the development of mixed-use properties with office, restaurant, hotel, and retail components.°
  • Represented institutional landlords and tenants in office and retail leases.°
  • Represented a franchisee restaurant owner in a series of retail center leases.°
