  • Represented banks and other lenders in the acquisition (through foreclosure and deeds in lieu), repositioning, and subsequent sale of distressed commercial properties.°
  • Represented court-appointed receivers in the management, repositioning and sale of hotels, retail centers, and industrial properties.°
  • Represented a national developer in its development of a 20,000+ acre master planned community, including land acquisition, management, and commercial and homebuilder sales.°
  • Drafted and advised on commercial covenants, conditions and restrictions, common operation and reciprocal easement agreements, and other easement and property owner association documents in industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use projects.°
  • Represented a semiconductor technologies company in the partial sale and redevelopment of its industrial campus.°
  • Represented a developer in a joint venture for redevelopment of prime urban property as a mixed-use project.°
  • Represented a regional developer in the development of mixed-use properties with office, restaurant, hotel, and retail components.°
  • Represented institutional landlords and tenants in office and retail leases.°
  • Represented a franchisee restaurant owner in a series of retail center leases.°
  • Represented doctor practice groups in medical office leases.°
  • Represented lenders (national and regional banks) and borrowers (investors and homebuilders) in commercial real estate financing for acquisitions and construction.°
