Justyna Kozik focuses her practice on real estate law, corporate law and environmental law. She advises on transactions relating to real estate and real estate companies. She participates in due diligence investigations of real estate, companies and assets. She supports clients in day-to-day legal advisory, including on renewable energy sources and various environmental issues.

Esperienze Professionali - Attività Accademiche

  • Participated in the work for GLP Poland in connection with the acquisition of two logistics warehouses in Janki near Warsaw. The properties have a total area of 37,600 sq. m.
  • Participated in the work for Polsat Plus Group in connection with the financing of the construction of the wind farm in Człuchów. The financing amounted to PLN 800 million (EUR 183.46 million).
  • Participated in the work for P3 Logistic Parks in connection with the acquisition of two logistics parks located in Szczecin and Łódź, comprising 61,450 sq. m and 34,420 sq. m respectively, from logistics property developer 7R.
  • Participated in the work for P3 Logistic Parks in connection with the acquisition of the logistics park located in Wrocław, with a total lease area of 185,000 sq. m.
  • Participated in the work for PAK-Polska Czysta Energia in connection with the real estate aspects of the acquisition of a special purpose company owned by the Neoinvestment Group, responsible for the construction of a wind farm situated in Lębork, consisting of 23 wind turbines with a total capacity of approx. 50.6 MW.
  • Participated in the work for global real assets investment manager CBRE Investment Management (CBREIM) throughout the year in connection with closing in stages on some 49 premium logistics assets across Europe and the United States. In Europe, this landmark deal is one of the largest real estate transactions executed in 2022.
  • Participated in the work for PAK-Polska Czysta Energia in connection with the acquisition of a special purpose vehicle owned by Neoinvestment Group, responsible for the construction of a wind farm located in Człuchów, consisting of 33 wind turbines with a total capacity of approximately 72.6 MW.
  • Participated in the work for Allianz S.E. in connection with the acquisition of the Polish life and non-life insurance, pension fund and asset management businesses from Aviva and the acquisition of a 51% stake in the life and non-life bancasurrance products joint ventures of Aviva and Santander. The value of the transaction amounted to over EUR 2.5 billion.
  • Advises GLP Group companies (formerly Goodman) in connection with environmental, land development and construction process issues.
  • Participates in the work for Tritax EuroBox plc on ongoing issues relating to the construction and maintenance of warehouse facilities.
