Greenberg Traurig advised on the sale of an office portfolio in Warsaw

WARSAW – 15 July 2019 – Lawyers from Greenberg Traurig in Poland advised the Spanish private equity fund, Azora Europa, on the sale of two office buildings located in Warsaw, Cristal Park and Mokotów Plaza. The transaction also included advice on the repayment of the existing financing.

The Greenberg Traurig team was supervised by Partner Agnieszka Stankiewicz, led by Senior Associate Rafał Siwek, and supported by Associate Maxymilian Rybczyński.

Cristal Park is a three-floor A class building located at Al. Jerozolimskie in Warsaw. It offers over 10,000 sq. m. of office space and was completed in 2009. The Mokotów Plaza building is located at ul. Postępu in Warsaw and offers over 15,000 sq. m. of modern office space.
