  • Represented the master servicer of a US$52,000,000 mortgage loan in connection with a non-permitted equity transfer and upstream corporate reorganization.°
  • Represented the master servicer of a US$70,000,000 mortgage loan secured by, among other things, a parking garage in Washington, D.C., in connection with a borrower request for approval to record a memorandum of agreement against the property.°
  • Represented the master servicer of a US$57,000,000 mortgage loan in connection with a borrower request to replace the property manager and deposit bank.°
  • Represented the master servicer of a US$180,543,000 mortgage loan in connection with a material alteration request by a borrower concerning an office building in Columbia, Maryland.°

  • Assisted pro bono client in review of commercial lease, advised client of rights and obligations under the lease and options with respect to client’s receipt of a notice to vacate the premises.°
  • Conducted state-wide survey of recent changes in Louisiana election administration laws for Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights under Law in connection with fifty-state report on voting administration and reform.°
