David has a comprehensive business background, including deep knowledge of common-interest communities and community management, and uses this experience to approach legal issues with a business-oriented perspective and efficiently achieve practical and workable solutions.
David’s experience additionally covers all real estate deals within the energy sector. His deep experience in the renewable energy and sustainability space includes work on solar, wind, and tax equity projects. David concentrates much of his work on advising these renewable energy companies, developers and investors on joint ventures, financings and acquisition and sale of energy projects.
