Greenberg Traurig Represents Momentive Performance Materials in Connection with $700 Million Senior Unsecured Notes Offering

NEW YORK Nov. 12, 2025 Greenberg Trauirg, LLP represented Momentive Performance Materials, Inc. in its Rule 144A/Reg. S offering of $700 million Senior Unsecured Guaranteed Notes. The offering priced Oct. 16 and closed Oct. 22. The notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange. BNP Paribas, Citigroup, and Mizuho acted as joint lead managers for the offering.
