Christine Plagmeijer is an associate in the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. Christine focuses her practice on corporate finance and related matters, representing private equity sponsors, public and private borrowers, lead arrangers and lenders in connection with syndicated and bilateral loan financings, including senior secured financings, first lien and second lien financings, unsecured financings, acquisition financings and bridge financing. In addition, Christine has experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions including private and public M&A, private equity and joint ventures. She also has experience handling complex capital markets and corporate transactions, including initial public offerings (advising both issuers and underwriters), rights issues and secondary offerings.
