Immigration Policy Development & Training

• Develop multi-year immigration and compliance strategies aligned with workforce and business objectives
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide practical policy analysis for business planning
• Deliver management and employee training on compliance obligations and evolving requirements
• Support administrative advocacy and legislative strategy involving the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of State (DOS), and other federal agencies and policymakers

Corporate Transactions and Workforce Integration

• Advise on immigration strategy for mergers, acquisitions, spinoffs, and reorganizations
• Perform immigration due diligence, risk assessment, and mitigation planning
• Support workforce continuity planning, including work authorization updates and required filings
• Align immigration planning with corporate, employment, and tax considerations across transactions

Tax-Efficient Workforce Structuring

• Structure compensation and mobility programs to leverage tax treaties and available benefits
• Advise on global equity and share plans, including tax, payroll, privacy, and employment considerations
• Coordinate with tax and employment teams on cross-border workforce matters
