James Diamond is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Miami office. He concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. James has litigated complex matters involving real estate, trusts and estates, contracts, employment, fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, business torts, post-judgment enforcement, and other types of disputes. James was born and raised in Miami Beach, Florida.
