Joselino Morales and Hugo Hernández, shareholder and associate at GT Mexico, will participate in the “Arbitration in the Energy Sector: Challenges and Opportunities in the Face of the New Regulatory Order" session organized by the Nuevo León Arbitration Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce Mexico, taking place on Friday, August 22 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am at the AC Marriott Hotel in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
This session will bring together industry experts to discuss key issues shaping arbitration in the energy sector, as well as the influence of regulations on legal frameworks, and dispute resolution processes.
