Greenberg Traurig Elevates 3 Attorneys in New Jersey Office

MORRISTOWN, N.J. – Feb. 12, 2016 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has elevated David C. Jensen and William Stroever to shareholder, and Theodore J. McEvoy to of counsel in its New Jersey office.

Jensen specializes in construction contract negotiation and drafting and has represented numerous owner and developer entities in virtually every facet of construction. He has counseled owners and developers in construction projects including project delivery, risk allocation, bid preparation, and project administration. 

Stroever has extensive experience in trademark and brand development and protection, and also has wide-ranging experience in copyright, patent, trade secret, and domain name issues. He counsels clients in the identification, maintenance, protection, and enforcement of their intellectual property rights. This includes developing local and worldwide intellectual property protection, licensing and enforcement programs, and making sure those programs are tailored to clients’ needs and goals.

McEvoy is an experienced civil litigator representing parties in various matters including class action litigation, regulatory investigations, commercial contract disputes, and arbitration matters for Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies.
