Jennifer Bartlett focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has represented clients in a wide variety of matters, including contract disputes, tort claims, commercial real estate disputes, construction litigation, environmental class actions, insurance coverage disputes, trademark litigation and applications filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and appeals. Jennifer litigates in both state and federal court in addition to participating in arbitrations.
