Dr. Lorenz Dörfer

Dr. Lorenz Dörfer is an associate in the Tax Law Practice Group and in the German Private Funds Group.

He advises fund managers on structuring private equity and private debt funds, as well as investors on all tax law issues relating to their investments in fund structures.

In addition, he advises on M&A transactions involving domestic and foreign companies. He also advises national and international clients on issues of national and international tax law, particularly in connection with cross-border transactions and restructurings.

Furthermore, he assists high net worth individuals, foundations, and nonprofit organizations with cross-border estate and tax planning.
