He regularly advises clients involved in disputes arising from commercial transactions, development projects, ownership interests, operating agreements, governance issues, and other business-critical relationships. Clients rely on his practical litigation strategy when facing significant financial exposure, regulatory risk, or operational disruption.

Mr. Leon also has deep experience in consumer finance litigation, financial services litigation, and regulatory disputes. He represents financial institutions, mortgage servicers, lenders, debt collectors, and other businesses in matters involving contested foreclosure actions, fraud, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts and Practices (UDAAP) allegations. His experience includes prosecuting contested foreclosure claims, defending individual and class action litigation, responding to regulatory claims, advising on compliance issues, and addressing allegations involving lending, servicing, collection, reporting, and consumer protection practices.

Mr. Leon has tried numerous cases to verdict and brings a trial-ready approach to every matter he handles. His courtroom experience informs each stage of litigation. Whether prosecuting claims, defending lawsuits, negotiating settlements, or preparing complex commercial disputes for trial, he focuses on aligning litigation strategy with each client’s business objectives and risk tolerance.

Mr. Leon also devotes time to pro bono service and currently serves as the pro bono coordinator for the firm’s West Palm Beach office. He is also active in the local business community, serving as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
