Kate Kalmykov and Jennifer Hermansky to Present at Celesq CLE Program

NEW JERSEY and PHILADELPHIA– Jan. 10, 2022 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP Immigration & Compliance Shareholders Kate Kalmykov and Jennifer Hermansky will present a webinar titled “Immigration Options for Foreign Nationals who are Extraordinary, Outstanding and in the National Interest” for the Celesq Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Program Jan. 11, 2022 at 2 p.m. EST.

The webinar will address various immigration options for foreign nationals at the top of their fields or working in fields in the national interest of the United States as well as the requirements for nonimmigrant and immigrant visa options for aliens of extraordinary ability. The program will also review options for immigration self-sponsorship and green card options for foreign nationals with advanced degrees, according to the event’s website.

Kalmykov focuses her practice on business immigration and compliance. She represents clients in a wide range of employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters including students, trainees, professionals, managers and executives, artists and entertainers, treaty investors and traders, persons of extraordinary ability, and immigrant investors. Kalmykov currently leads the Immigration & Compliance Practice in the firm’s New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia offices. She works with clients of all sizes in understanding and complying with immigration laws relating to the hiring and retention of foreign talent. Specifically, Kalmykov’s practice focuses on supporting clients and advising them on temporary and permanent residency immigration options for multinational executive, business, scientific, and information technology personnel.

Hermansky focuses her immigration practice on employment-based immigration. She has experience serving health care, pharmaceutical, and real estate industries as well as entrepreneurs, scientists, and researchers in scientific communities for a wide range of temporary visa options and permanent residence solutions.
