Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria Elevates Alessandra Boffa, Paolo Bolis, and Dante Campiverdi to Partner

The Milan office appointments are part of Greenberg Traurig’s annual elevation of shareholders and local partners, involving 80 professionals, 25% of whom are based in Europe, this year

MILAN – March 9, 2023 – Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria announced the elevation of Alessandra Boffa, Paolo Bolis, and Dante Campiverdi to local partner.

These appointments confirm Greenberg Traurig's commitment to supporting the growth of the European team and the strengthening of the Milan office by focusing on the qualities and potential of rising professionals from within the firm’s own ranks. 

Boffa, a member of the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practices, works alongside private equity funds, corporations, and sponsors in complex M&A transactions, joint ventures, leveraged buy-outs, and asset deals. She has overseen large and medium-sized, cross-border, and other transactions covering a variety of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, financial services, and hospitality.

Bolis, a member of the Real Estate Practice, assists national and international operators in real estate transactions, with a particular focus on acquisitions, disposals, and leases of real estate assets in various asset classes, including logistics, industrial, retail, hospitality, and residential. He also advises on real estate development projects and on issues related to the establishment and management of real estate funds.

Campiverdi, a member of the Banking & Financial Services Practice, focuses on assisting international private equity funds and Italian asset managers in the valuation, acquisition, and management of large portfolios of loans with real estate underpinnings. He also collaborates with the corporate team working alongside financial institutions, corporations, and investors in M&A transactions in regulated areas, as well as on banking, finance, and compliance matters involving the Italian Banking Authority. Within the Banking & Financial Services Practice he coordinates the Non-Performing Loans Management sub-group.
