NEW YORK – May 22, 2026 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP is representing Marquee Brands, an affiliate of Neuberger Berman, in connection with Marquee Brands’ acquisition of a majority interest in Roberto Cavalli. The deal will bring Marquee Brands’ portfolio to 22 brands.

Founded in Florence in 1970, Roberto Cavalli is one of Italy’s most distinctive luxury houses. The iconic luxury house is celebrated for its avant-garde design and distinct Italian craftsmanship.
