Fishel Schreiber handles all aspects of executive compensation matters in complex business transactions, with a particular focus on private equity transactions including domestic and international mergers, leveraged buyouts and joint ventures. He regularly advises private equity sponsors and private companies on matters including negotiating employment and separation agreements, as well as structuring and implementing management equity and cash-based incentive plans.
