Advanced Internet of Things 2026: Deeper Dive, Practical Wisdom

Ballon, Co-Chair of the Global Intellectual Property & Technology Practice, will present at 9:00 a.m. during the PLI’s Advanced Internet of Things 2026: Deeper Dive, Practical Wisdom program. Attendees may participate either in person in San Francisco, or online. Hosted by PLI, this program will focus on the IoT landscape and how it is everywhere, creating enormous amounts of data while directly interacting with people. This program explores the unique legal challenges these devices present, including contracting, cybersecurity and privacy, data ownership, and the added risks of AI-enabled operation.
