ChiWIP IP Litigation Bootcamp

Chicago Women in IP (ChiWIP) will host its annual IP Litigation Bootcamp on October 27. The program will feature sessions led by IP litigators and industry professionals covering key stages of the litigation process, from discovery through trial preparation. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in specialized breakout sessions focused on trademark and patent litigation. Designed for attendees interested in expanding their knowledge of IP litigation and connecting with fellow practitioners, the program offers practical insights and networking opportunities. GT Shareholder Jacqueline Brousseau and Associate Katie Cronin will lead the trademark and trade dress breakout session, addressing topics such as discovery and AI, damages, working with expert witnesses, recent case law developments, and trademark infringement case studies.
