Seth Entin Presents on International Loss Harvesting at International Tax Conference

MIAMI – Jan. 23 2023 – Seth J. Entin, a Tax Practice shareholder at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., presented on international loss harvesting during the 41st Annual Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and The Florida Bar Tax Section’s International Tax Conference in Miami Jan. 12.

Entin’s presentation focused on the importance of considering the ability to carry over and harvest built-in losses and net operating losses, especially at a time of economic uncertainty. The presentation explained how to use losses in cases of changes of jurisdiction or movement between entities or individuals in different jurisdictions.
