Seth J. Entin concentrates his practice on federal income taxation, with an emphasis on international taxation. Seth is an Adjunct Professor of International Taxation at the University of Miami School of Law, a fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel, and regularly speaks at national and international tax conferences. He is also the Director of International Tax Law for the Florida Bar Tax Section.

  • Represented Teva Pharmaceuticals in its $2.3 billion acquisition of Mexican pharmaceutical giant Representaciones e Investigaciones Medicas S.A. de C.V (Rimsa) through a series of debt-free and cash-free deals. Teva received a portfolio of affiliated products, companies, intellectual property, pharmaceutical patents in Latin America and Europe.
  • Represented OPKO Health, Inc. in the $1.47 billion negotiation of a definitive merger agreement with Bio-Reference Laboratories, Inc.
  • Represented International Exchange Inc. in its first major investment in Israel.
  • Assists individuals who have failed to report foreign income or assets come into compliance with the IRS.
  • Represents individuals and entities before the IRS in international tax audits.
