Jorge E. González Carlini

Jorge E. González Carlini is an associate in Greenberg Traurig’s Mexico office. He focuses his practice on securities and banking law, both domestic and international, with particular experience in real estate capital markets, structured finance, and syndicated loans. He advises clients on regulatory matters before the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV), the Institutional Stock Exchange (BIVA), and various federal and local government authorities.

Jorge has experience representing issuers, intermediaries, and lenders in a wide range of capital markets and financing transactions in Mexico, including initial public offerings, debt offerings, securities restructurings, syndicated loans, and real estate investment trust structures (FIBRAs).
