Dennis Mullen leverages his deep government experience to guide clients through gaming law and regulatory challenges. He focuses his practice on supporting casino operators, online gaming and sports betting companies, gaming suppliers, and other industry stakeholders with licensing, compliance, and corporate transactional matters.

Before joining the firm, Dennis held key roles at the Indiana Gaming Commission, including Acting Executive Director and General Counsel, where he oversaw regulation of Indiana’s multibillion-dollar gaming industry—covering casinos, sports wagering, paid fantasy sports, charity gaming, and combat sports—leading a 250-person team and collaborating with legislators and industry leaders.
