Michelle Rosenblatt advises individuals, families, fiduciaries, and business owners on sophisticated estate, tax, succession, and multijurisdictional planning matters. Her practice focuses on helping clients navigate complex decisions involving multigenerational wealth, closely held business interests, fiduciary responsibilities, and assets or beneficiaries in multiple jurisdictions. Michelle develops thoughtful strategies tailored to each client’s family dynamics, wealth-transfer objectives, business interests, and long-term goals, helping them plan for continuity and reduce uncertainty.
Michelle is a frequent speaker on estate planning and tax-related topics. From 2015 to 2018, she taught “Financial Methods for Lawyers” at The University of Texas School of Law. Outside her legal practice, she is actively involved in the Austin community and serves as a board member and former treasurer of KMFA 89.5, Austin’s classical music radio station.
