- Drafted and negotiated complex agreements such as Asset Purchase Agreements, Intellectual Property License Agreement, Structured Escrow Agreements, Transitional Service Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Non-Compete Agreements, Shareholder Voting Agreements, among other types of necessary acquisition documents.
- Possess broad experience in identifying, researching and resolving numerous issues and disputes related to CAM, real estate tax, insurance, and maintenance and repair.
- Diversified background in drafting and negotiating general corporate license and service agreements.
