Izabela Żmijewska focuses her practice on real estate matters. She regularly advises clients on issues related to commercial real estate transactions, in particular regarding negotiating and concluding lease agreements for commercial, office and warehouse space, and other real estate documents, as well as the performance and subsequent renegotiation of such agreements. Izabela has extensive experience in representing both landlords and tenants. She also advises on day-to-day services related to the management of clients’ real estate portfolios. She has experience in legal analysis of the title to land intended for development with warehouse and commercial real estate before its acquisition and in handling real estate transactions, including financing and refinancing projects. Additionally, she has provided day-to-day advice to manufacturers and dealers of luxury yachts.

- Participated in the work for VeloBank and Cerberus in connection with the PLN 1.1 billion acquisition of Bank Handlowy’s consumer business in Poland.

- Participated in the work for Eastnine AB in connection with the acquisition of the Nowy Rynek D office property in Poznań from Skanska. The value of the transaction was EUR 121 million.
