Greenberg Traurig Named Litigation Leader and Litigation Standout in BTI Litigation Outlook 2022

ATLANTA and LOS ANGELES – Oct. 19, 2021 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Litigation Practice  has been named a Litigation Leader in Class Action Litigation; Employment Litigation; Product Liability Litigation; Complex Commercial Litigation; and Commercial Litigation in the “BTI Litigation Outlook 2022: Post Pandemic and Beyond” study. The firm was also named a Litigation Standout in the area of Complex Employment Litigation in the annual study that analyzes legal trends data.

The BTI Litigation Outlook 2022 study findings are based solely on 350+ in-depth telephone interviews with leading corporate legal decision makers conducted between March 10, 2021 and September 16, 2021, according to the consultancy. Those interviewed are chief legal officers, chief legal operating officers, and business executives who hire and influence the selection and hiring of law firms at companies with annual revenue of at least $1 billion. Companies taking part in the 2022 study research are representative of 15 industry segments and have an average annual income of $24.8 billion.
