NEW YORK – Sept. 10, 2026 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Jonathan L. Bing, John L. Mascialino, and Edward C. Wallace were named to City & State’s 2026 Manhattan Power 100 list.
According to City & State, the Manhattan Power 100 highlights “the Manhattanites who are true power brokers in New York City and state politics and government.” The publication noted that the 2026 list reflects the borough’s evolving hierarchy amid a period of political and civic disruption. Bing, Mascialino, and Wallace were recognized as a group among the publication’s 2026 honorees.
Bing, chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Liquor Licensing Group, advises clients on New York government, public policy, regulatory, and liquor licensing matters. Before joining the firm, he served five terms in the New York State Assembly and later oversaw the New York Liquidation Bureau at the New York Department of Financial Services.
Mascialino chairs the firm’s New York City Government Law & Policy Practice. He focuses his practice on government contracts, government affairs, government investigations, government-related real estate matters, and administrative law. Mascialino counsels private and public companies and not-for-profit organizations on state and local regulatory, legal, and policy matters, with a focus on clients’ strategic objectives and business opportunities in New York City and state.
Wallace, co-chairman of Greenberg Traurig’s New York office, has experience in law, business, and government, and serves as an adviser to companies doing business with government, particularly where real estate is part of the transaction. He has advised major institutions and real estate companies on development projects and negotiated long-term municipal contracts for government service providers, including JCDecaux and Hornblower.
