Jessica Fishfeld is an associate in the litigation group at Greenberg Traurig in Miami, Florida. She has vast experience litigating high-stakes commercial disputes, with particular focus on handling complex litigation between commercial competitors and business partners. She also has much experience litigating and resolving intellectual property disputes, as well as defending major companies against consumer class actions. In addition, she advises clients in the tech and entertainment industries.

In addition to prevailing in major cases through early dispositive motions, she is also adept at handling all aspects of discovery and trial preparation.

Jessica devotes a significant amount of time to pro bono efforts. She was recently part of a team that obtained a judgment overturning a client’s improper death sentence in Alabama. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she is assisting a small business to address indebtedness to suppliers.

  • Represented marketing company in trademark and copyright dispute with photographer.°
  • Represented large company to retrieve proprietary information leaked by former employee.° 
  • Represented large bank in action against former employee who misappropriated confidential information and trade secrets.°
  • Representing fiber optic cable company concerning title to land and easements where cable installed, where landowner claims over $200 million in damages.
  • Represented a large pharmaceutical distributor in a multimillion-dollar breach of contract dispute with major customer.°
  • Represented a car manufacturer against a minority shareholder’s claims of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing.°
  • Representing small LLC against claims of breach of fiduciary duty.
  • Representing large manufacturer of mechanical equipment against claims of fraud, negligence, and unfair trade practices from major customer.
  • Represented health care company in negotiations to settle breach-of-contract dispute with a minority shareholder.
