Dale Goldstein handles a wide variety of high-profile, complex trial litigation matters, with a focus on products liability, securities litigation, copyright and trade secret litigation, and general commercial litigation. She has significant experience representing multinational medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers in single plaintiff actions, multidistrict litigations ("MDLs"), and mass torts, in both state and federal court. Dale also has been a key member of multiple trial teams, and leads day-to-day case management, development of case strategy, and all aspects of pre-trial motions and trial preparation for numerous complex product liability cases.

Dale also has wide-ranging experience with financial and insurance regulatory investigations, white collar defense, and Medicaid fraud investigations. She regularly represents corporations and individuals in investigations by the New York Attorney General’s office and Attorney Generals’ offices nationwide. Further, she represents and advises major financial institutions, underwriters, investment advisers, and other organizations in connection with investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

In addition, Dale is heavily involved in pro bono litigation work, and routinely represents parents of children with disabilities in claims against the New York State Department of Education for failure to provide a free appropriate public education. Through her advocacy at impartial hearings, Dale has secured vital special education services and schooling for multiple students. In 2021, Dale was named GT’s Pro Bono Of Counsel of the Year – Litigation.
