Dale Goldstein handles a wide variety of high-profile, complex trial litigation matters, with a focus on products liability, securities litigation, copyright and trade secret litigation, and general commercial litigation. She has significant experience representing multinational medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers in single plaintiff actions, multidistrict litigations ("MDLs"), and mass torts, in both state and federal court. Dale also has been a key member of multiple trial teams, and leads day-to-day case management, development of case strategy, and all aspects of pre-trial motions and trial preparation for numerous complex product liability cases.

Dale has considerable brief-writing and oral advocacy experience, and has written and argued numerous pretrial motions in federal and state courts. Her experience also includes working hand-in-hand with expert witnesses in various scientific and professional fields.

Dale also represents and advises major financial institutions, underwriters, investment advisers, and other organizations in connection with investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

  • Represented investment fund and its managers in putative class action regarding allegations of negligence and breach of fiduciary duty.
  • Represented medical device manufacturer in litigation involving misappropriation of trade secrets claims.
  • Represented global e-discovery company in trade secret and breach of contract litigation.
  • Represent major financial institutions in connection with SEC investigations into the offer and sale of municipal bonds.
  • Represented municipal advisory firm in connection with SEC investigation.
  • Represented investment adviser and associated individuals in connection with SEC investigation and enforcement action.
  • Represent major insurance company in market conduct reviews before the New York Department of Financial Services.
  • Represent parents of children with disabilities in claims against the New York State Department of Education for failure to provide a free appropriate public education.
