Jerry Carter focuses his practice on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and gaming regulations.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a law firm in the United States, assisting Japanese corporate clients with formation, maintenance and dissolution of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and joint ventures. He also advised Japanese corporate clients on the legal aspects of the manufacture and sale of goods in the US, including terms and conditions of sale or purchase, and supply, distribution, and sales representative agreements.
