4 Greenberg Traurig Shareholders Recognized in Lawdragon ‘100 Leading Immigration Lawyers’ Guide

Kalmykov has close to two decades of experience in business immigration matters and co-chairs the Global Immigration & Compliance Practice at Greenberg Traurig. Kalmykov’s practice focuses on supporting clients and advising them on temporary and permanent residency immigration options for multinational executive, business, scientific, and information technology personnel. Additionally, her practice provides support to companies in the global transfer of personnel.

Reiff has more than 32 years of experience representing businesses and organizations in the business immigration and compliance field, including advising corporations on Form I-9 eligibility employment verification matters. She is co-founder of Greenberg Traurig’s Business Immigration and Compliance Group, which she co-led for more than two decades. Currently, Reiff is co-managing shareholder of the firm’s Northern Virginia office and chairs the Northern Virginia/Washington D.C. Immigration and Compliance Practice.

Rymer focuses her nearly 20-year-old practice on employment-based immigration and compliance. She represents employers of various sizes across all industries, helping them plan and effectuate movement of an international workforce to the United States, as well as with the nuances involved with hiring foreign nationals. Rymer has experience working with employers on I-9 employment verification matters as well as H-1B and LCA compliance-related issues.

Schoonover focuses her practice on business immigration matters and assists employers in obtaining temporary nonimmigrant visas, leveraging her four decades-plus of experience. A past co-chair of the firm’s global practice, she assists in obtaining labor certifications and permanent resident status for professionals. Schoonover represents companies facing U.S. government investigations or audits for immigration violations and prepares immigration and visa compliance programs for clients.
