Kristin H. Agnew

Kristin’s practice involves complex business and commercial litigation in state and federal court, including cases involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secrets, products liability, oil and gas contracts, and real estate disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Kristin was an associate at a Texas-based law firm where she focused her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and commercial financings. During law school, Kristin served as an intern for the Honorable David Hittner of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
