Kristin H. Agnew


Kristin is an associate in the firm's Houston office. Kristin focuses her practice on commercial disputes over a wide variety of industries involving business litigation and products liability disputes. She has experience in mass torts and commercial litigation. Kristin also has experience in negotiating and drafting contacts which contributes to the value of her representation of clients on contract disputes. 

During law school, Kristin served as a federal judicial intern for the Honorable David Hittner of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Mark Davidson of the Multi-District Litigation Civil Court in Harris County, Texas.



  • Representation of leading medical device manufacturer in personal injury litigation involving device defect claims in multi-district litigation.
  • Representation of national bank in claims brought by borrowers alleging wrongful foreclosure, debt collection practices, deceptive trade practices and other claims relating to servicing of mortgage instruments.°
  • Representation of national retailer in premises liability and personal injury litigation matters.°
  • Representation of national lending institutions in the drafting and negotiation of multi-million dollar commercial loan agreements.°
