Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Gemma Descoteaux Honored with Legacy Award at D CEO’s 12th Annual Mergers & Acquisitions Awards

DALLAS – May 8, 2025 – Greenberg Traurig, LLP Dallas Shareholder Gemma Descoteaux has been named the recipient of the Legacy Award from D CEO and the Association for Corporate Growth-DFW. The recognition highlights Descoteaux’s remarkable contributions in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and her impact on North Texas’ business landscape over a career spanning more than three decades.

All finalists were featured in the May issue of D CEO magazine and honored at the 12th Annual Mergers & Acquisitions Awards held May 6.
