WARSAW – 2 July 2025 – Greenberg Traurig advised Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego on a PLN 10.8 billion loan agreement with Polskie Sieci Energetyczne S.A., funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO).
The loan is to be used to finance the construction of new transmission lines and the modernisation of existing ones. It will also be used to finance stations that will transmit power from new low-emission and renewable energy sources and energy storage facilities. All of these measures are intended to increase the country's energy security.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Counsel Justyna Jamroży, who was supported by Junior Associate Aleksandra Grześkowiak.
