WARSAW - Dec. 4, 2017 - Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Hansainvest Real Assets, a Hamburg-based investment manager, in the acquisition of Generation Park X - the first building in the Generation Park complex, a project consisting of three high-quality office buildings located in Warsaw.
Greenberg Traurig provided comprehensive legal advice with respect to the transaction, including preparation of the due diligence process and negotiation of the transaction documentation, including the preliminary and final sale agreement.
The transaction was led by Partner Radomił Charzyński, who was supported by Senior Associate Olga Durawa and Associate Kamil Majewski.
Generation Park X is the second asset investment by Hansainvest Real Assets in Poland and follows the acquisition of Atrium 2, its first office project, in December 2016. Greenberg Traurig also advised on that transaction.

The Generation Park X office building was completed in November 2017 and provides approx. 21,000 sq m of leasable area. The building has an excellent location in the new business district of Warsaw, directly next to a metro line. The entire Generation Park will comprise three office buildings with a total leasable area of around 84,000 sq m. The highest building, a 34-storey tower, will be 180 meters tall and include a 40-meter spire.
