WARSAW – Nov. 10, 2015 – Greenberg Traurig advised Invesco Real Estate in the sale of the Raiffeisen Business Center, an A class office building located in the center of Warsaw.
Greenberg Traurig provided Invesco Real Estate with comprehensive legal advice with respect to the transaction, including assistance during the legal due diligence conducted by the purchaser and the negotiation of all transaction documents, including the sale agreement.
The transaction was supervised by Partner Agnieszka Stankiewicz and led by Senior Associate Rafał Siwek, with support provided by Associate Anna Szczepankowska.
