WARSAW – 18 February 2022 – Greenberg Traurig advised on a logistics portfolio transaction situated in the Warsaw metropolitan area, which has been acquired by Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm, acting on behalf of its clients, and Peakside Capital Advisors.
The warehouse facilities in the portfolio are located in Warsaw, Piaseczno and Raszyn and have a total area of almost 135 000 sqm.
The Greenberg Traurig transactional team was led by Partner Karol Brzoskowski and Senior Associate Filip Janeczko.
The transactional team also included Associates Alicja Flis, Tomasz Drzewiecki and Bruno Jasic.
In addition, Partner Agnieszka Stankiewicz and Associate Wiktor Wacławski advised the buyer in the process of obtaining the external financing for the acquisition and future redevelopment of the portfolio from one of the major banks.
