WARSAW – 31 March 2026– Greenberg Traurig advised a leading global real assets investment management firm, on the sale of a logistics asset in Bydgoszcz to Accolade.
The logistics facility in Bydgoszcz was completed in 2017. The building offers approx. 45,000 sqm of rental space and holds a BREEAM Excellent certification. The property is leased to an international grocery retailer.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Counsel Filip Janeczko, Senior Associate Mateusz Rydzewski, Associates Justyna Kozik and Tomasz Drzewiecki, Junior Associate Przemysław Susoł.
