Lindsay N. Aherne

Lindsay Aherne is a litigation and regulatory attorney focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation across the country and abroad, at the trial and appellate levels. She has broad experience including advising on matters relating to individual and business torts, including deceptive and anti-competitive trade practices, consumer protection act claims and other alleged statutory violations.

Lindsay serves as lead strategist, research, and drafting counsel for matters in which she is involved. Lindsay has acted as the principal drafter for briefs before several United States Courts of Appeals, and has assisted with the drafting of a brief before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Lindsay also appears regularly in administrative proceedings, including assisting clients involved in governmental investigations.
