Lindsay Aherne is a litigation attorney focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation across the country, at the trial and appellate levels. Lindsay is a member of the firm’s International Arbitration Industry Group. She has experience in a broad range of litigation relating to individual and business torts, consumer protection act claims, and in the automotive, railroad, health care, banking and financial services industry matters.

Lindsay has chaired evidentiary hearings and a trial through final decision. She serves as lead research and drafting counsel for matters in which she is involved. Lindsay has acted as the principal drafter for briefs before the Tenth Circuit and has assisted with the drafting of a brief before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Lindsay also appears regularly in administrative proceedings, including assisting clients involved in governmental investigations (including subpoena responses) and submitting comments for administrative rulemakings.
