Lindsay N. Aherne

Lindsay Aherne is a litigation attorney focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation and appeals. She has experience in a broad range of litigation relating to contracts, individual and business torts, banking and financial services regulations, employment law, trade secrets, real estate and construction disputes, oil and gas litigation, consumer protection act claims, foreclosure, and in automotive, railroad and health care industry matters. Lindsay also appears regularly in administrative proceedings.

Lindsay represents clients in all stages of litigation, including mediation and alternative dispute resolution. She has chaired evidentiary hearings and a trial through verdict or final decision. She also often serves as lead research and drafting counsel for matters in which she is involved.
