Daniela Cobo es miembro de la Práctica de Bancario y Financiero en la oficina de Greenberg Traurig en la Ciudad de México. Enfoca su práctica en financiamiento, infraestructura y financiamiento de proyectos tanto para proyectos públicos como privados. A través de la combinación de estas áreas de práctica, Daniela ha participado en la asesoría a diversas instituciones financieras públicas y privadas, así como a diversas entidades gubernamentales, en importantes operaciones de financiamiento nacional y subnacional en los sectores de infraestructura social e infraestructura.

- Representation of the state of Veracruz government in the restructuring of two financings that together amount to MXN$4.8 billion (US$240 million).
- Represented Banco Azteca (BAZ) in the granting of a syndicated loan in favor of Conservadora Mexiquense de Caminos del Sur to be used in the public private partnership (PPP) project for the rehabilitation and conservation of 1,637 kilometers of roads and highways in the state of Mexico. The loan was granted in the amount of MXP$4.470 billion and is divided into several tranches.
- Represented BANOBRAS in the financing to ICA to be used in the construction of the fourth section of the Mayan Train (Izamal-Cancún) in the amount of MXP$4 billion.
- Advised the Municipality of Hermosillo in the refinancing of its long-term direct public debt, MXP$1.706 billion.
