Marina Olman-Pal advises foreign and U.S. financial institutions on licensing, regulatory and compliance matters. She represents clients before U.S. regulators such as the Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC, FinCEN, OFAC, Florida Office of Financial Regulation and other supervisory authorities. Marina counsels foreign and U.S. financial institutions on a broad range of issues including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), anti-money laundering compliance and sanctions programs administered by the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Marina is a native Spanish speaker, and she has represented companies doing business in Latin America with the development and implementation of anti-money laundering programs.
